Surfrider Foundation

As a life-long San Diego local, surfer, diver and lover of the ocean, the Surfrider Foundation is near and dear to my heart. Dedicated to protecting oceans, waves and beaches since 1984, this foundation has won the support of many as it has expanded to over 80 active chapters in coastal locations worldwide.  With educational and cleanliness programs implemented, the care and enjoyment of beaches is their #1 priority and every donation will ensure their protection for generations to come.

After-School All-Stars

Founded by Arnold Schwarzenegger, the After-School All Stars is a comprehensive program that was designed to provide a safe environment for children to enrich their lives through after-school activities that incorporate independent learning, academics, arts, health and service.  Originating in Los Angeles, CA, this program is now operating in over 450 sites nationwide, aiding nearly 81,000 children in need. I have been fortunate enough to work with the AFAS and Bloomingdale’s to design their FASHION-AIDING event with Bloomingdale’s and look forward to working with them more in the future to bring some of my art education into their students lives.

The Breast Cancer Research Foundation

This foundation strives to find prevention methods and a cure for breast cancer by providing critical funding for innovative clinical and translational research at leading medical centers worldwide.  Nearly 90 cents of each dollar dontated will be used for research and breast cancer awareness programs. With so many women’s lives touched, giving to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is a way to build a stronger future for all of our mothers, sisters, friends and daughters. We have had the honor of creating a PINK event to benefit breast cancer research seen here.
